Where will you ship?
Destinations have not been finalized. We will publish a country list, shipping methods, fees and estimated delivery times before opening orders.
How much will it cost?
Prices, payment currency, shipping costs and tax treatment are not set. At launch, the checkout will show the amount you pay before you confirm. Any import duties or local taxes charged separately will be explained.
Can I return a product?
Cancellation, returns, refunds and damaged-item procedures will be published before sales begin. The rules for our digital Plus membership do not apply to physical shop products.
Are the products halal or vegan?
We will assess each final product separately and publish ingredients and supporting information. Tea imagery and product names are not evidence of halal or vegan suitability.
When will the shop open?
There is no confirmed launch date. You can browse the planned collection, save ideas to your bag or contact us with your interests.
